BELGIUM: ACCESS LINE L3 & ACCESS L4

Project's description

Certifer’s missions :

• ETCS level 1 trackside assembly with reopening function
• Coherence with adjacent ETCS level 2 trackside systems
• Integration with existing signalling system

Control of the interoperability of the signalling of the high speed lines L3 (Liège – Hammerbrùcke) and L4 (Antwerp – Frontier, Netherlands), category I lines in reference to the CC TSI. In order to study the compliance of the system behavior during Level 1 to Level 2 transitions the approach areas (about 5 km) located at the ends of L3 and L4 are part of the evaluation.
